I sincerely hope the manager takes the time to read this review. First, I want to say that the food is genuinely good, and I have absolutely no complaints about the quality, taste, or preparation of the meals. The kitchen is doing a great job, which is why it is disappointing to have the overall experience affected by another issue. Unfortunately, the customer service from the waitresses has consistently been a concern. On multiple visits, their attitude has come across as unfriendly, unwelcoming, and at times even rude. It’s not necessarily what is said, but the way it is communicated through facial expressions, tone of voice, and body language. Even when taking an order, it often feels as though customers are an inconvenience rather than valued guests. What surprises me most is that I have not seen many reviews mentioning this issue, because it has been noticeable enough to impact the dining experience. A restaurant is not only about serving good food; it is also about making customers feel welcome and appreciated from the moment they walk through the door until they leave. Not worth it for the price & experience to be honest but might have just been a bad night since it was so busy. Our food came out and was barely warm so it got cold super fast. One of my crab leg clusters was black all over and smelled super fishy so i didn’t eat it, & when i let them know they said they could give me 5% off JUST the crab so a $1 discount lol. Service was okay, i wouldn’t recommend eating here.

Food is good, but they overcook the crab and shrimp. You can tell if it sticks to the shell and is really hard to slip out, usually tears and more on the dry side. Wish their spice wasn't sweet, but some people like that. Overall it a 3 for me. I give them 1 more chance, but I'll stay away for a while. For the price food should never be over cooked. Service at the table was great it would be the food quality below standard for me.

Great atmosphere, the hosts were so friendly and inviting. They gave us helpful recommendations as first timers, that did not disappoint. The "give it all to me" flava was sooo good and the portions were well worth the price. I had the "with a kick" sauce on the side that I also really enjoyed and i really liked the smoke flavor the sausage had. I will definitely be visiting again! **UPDATE** This place never fails!! I visited several times since my first review and am satisfied rather I dine-in or take-out. The food is always fast and fresh. Take-out is quick and the dine-in experience is laid back and chill. I especially love the sea themed decor on the walls. I highly recommend this place
